Instructions Without Words

This dish represents my upbringing and traditions from Italy. This dish was selected due to it being a family recipe and also because of its truly stunning vibrant colors. My representation is a more modernize way but with traditional elements. My goal was to represent the dish and its culture, finding an original way to represent the recipe that could be passed on in the family through generations.
